 (c)  Set the door and adjust so you can align with the wing contour.
 (d)  Hold the door and make a mark on the holes from door hinges to
 the special bolt.
 CAUTION:_______ YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM DISTANCE OF 0.50 INCH FROM THE
 EDGE OF THE LUG TO THE CENTER OF HOLE AFTER YOU DRILL.
 INCORRECT DISTANCE WILL MAKE THE INSTALLATION DIFFICULT.
 (e)  Remove the bolts.
 (f)  Drill a hole at the mark that is 0.5622 inch
 (+ 0.0007 / -0.0000) in diameter.
 (g)  Remove the sharp edges to 0.02 | 0.01 inch.
 (h)  Install two BACB28X7B11 flanged bushings in special bolts.
 (i)  Apply a layer of a primer to the outer side of the bushing and
 push it in with a mandrel.
 (j)  Put an MS20002C12 washer on each bolt with the countersink in
 contact with the head of the bolt.
 (k)  Apply a layer of a primer to the bolt shank and keep the primer
 off the threads.
 (l)  Put the stabilizer beam in its position between fittings on the
 structure (AMM B57-15-00/401).
 (m)  Put the bolts through the fittings and the beam with the bolt
 head on the inboard.
 (n)  Add washers and nuts on special bolts.
 (o)  Put the door in its position and install door bolts.
 (p)  Add washers and nuts on the hinge bolts.
 (q)  AIRPLANES WITH SELF-LOCKING NUT;
 Tighten the self-locking nut to 180-250 pound-inches (20.3-28.2
 newton-meters).
 (r)  AIRPLANES WITH COTTER PIN;
 Tighten the nut to 100-140 pound-inches (11.3-15.8
 newton-meters).
 1) If it is necessary, loosen the nut to the nearest
 castellation to align the hole for the cotter pin.
 (s)  Install the cotter pin.
 (t)  Hold special bolts to prevent it to turn and tighten nuts on
 special bolts 360 to 640 pound-inches.
 (u)  Adjust the actuating rod assembly after you install a new
 actuating rod to 7.60 inches.
 NOTE: The distance of 7.60 inches is measured between the____
 centers of end attachment.

 (v)  
Connect the actuating rod to the wing door.

 (w)  
Tighten the nut to 450-500 pound-inches (50.8-56.5 newton-meters). 1) If it is necessary, loosen the nut to the nearest

 castellation to align the hole for the cotter pin.

 (x)  
Install the cotter pin.

 (y)  
Connect the bonding jumper.

 (z)  
Install the wing lower trailing edge access panel.

 (3)  Adjust the wing door on the main landing gear (AMM 32-13-21/501).
