Remove the left inboard panel on the floor which is between stations 663 and 685.

Loosen the turnbuckles on cables LGVA and LGVB to release the cable tension.
NOTE: You can find the turnbuckles behind access door 1103.
____ Access door 1103 is forward of the nose wheel well.

(6) Remove the cotter pins which safety the cables.

Put the quadrant assembly in its position on the top of the wheel well ceiling.

Install the bolts and nuts which attach the quadrant assembly.

Apply a fillet seal around the bottom of the support housing for the quadrant assembly (Ref 51-31-00/206).

Install the bellcrank on the quadrant shaft and tighten the nut 480 to 600 pound-inches.
