Loosen the turnbuckle (1) of the cable MLGEA of the system you will remove.

Remove the cotter pin and disconnect the cable of the manual extension handle from the control drum.

Open the access door (3) of the manual extension.

Remove the handle and the cable.

Remove the cable guard (5) from the control drum (4).

Remove the cable retainer and disconnect the cable MLGEA from the control drum (5).

Remove the pressure seal (8) on the wheel well of the main landing gear (Ref 20-10-04/401).

Remove the cotter pin and disconnect the cable MLGEA from the quadrant assembly (11).

Remove the cable guard pin (9) from the quadrant support (12).

Remove the cables (Ref 20-10-91/401).
