PUSH and HOLD the TRANSFER VALVE TEST 1 switch on the front of the E-11 landing gear logic shelf and do the step that follows:
CAUTION: MAKE SURE ALL PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE AWAY FROM THE NOSE
_______ LANDING GEAR WHILE DOING THE NEXT STEP. FAILURE TO DO THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
CAUTION: DO NOT STEER LARGE ANGLES WHEN YOU DO THE STEP THAT
_______ FOLLOWS. LARGE ANGLES CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE TIRES.
(a) While holding the TRANSFER VALVE TEST 1 switch, slightly turn the steering tiller to the left and then to the right to verify the steering capability of the nose landing gear.

LANDING GEAR FLOW LIMITER BYPASS VALVE - MAINTENANCE PRACTICES

1. General_______
A. This procedure contains three tasks. The first task removes the flow limiter bypass valve for the landing gear. The second task installs the flow limiter bypass valve. The third task inspects the flow limiter bypass valve.
B. The flow limiter bypass valve is installed in the hydraulic pressure supply line for the landing gear. It is found in the left wheel well.

Make sure the ground lock assemblies are installed in the nose and main landing gear (AMM 32-00-01/201).

Remove the pressure from the hydraulic systems A and B (AMM 29-15-00/201).

Disconnect the electrical connector from the valve actuator.
(4)
Disconnect the hydraulic lines from the bypass valve.
(5)
Install plugs in the hydraulic lines and the ports on the valve.
