Put the door in the mounting position.

Apply a layer of grease to the hinge bolts.

Install the hinge bolts,the washers, the nuts, and the cotter pins.

Lift the airplane until all tires are clear of the ground

Operate the test bench to control the hydraulic pressure and the flow to slowly retract the gear.

Do a check on the fit of the inner door.
(a)
Set the door with the body fairing in less than +0.06/-0.13 inch.
(b)
The clearance between the forward edge of the door and the body fairing must be 0.20 +0.05/-0.14 inch.
(c)
The clearance between the aft edge of the door and the body fairing must be 0.25 |0.10 inch.
NOTE: Adjust the inboard flap track fairing (AMM 27-51-32/501)

to get the correct clearance.

Adjust the inner door with the forward inboard corner 0.17 +0.03/-0.00 inch inside the body contour.
(a)
This will permit the door to align when wing is deflected in flight.
NOTE: Adjust the door with the control lever of the landing
____ gear in the neutral position and the flaps up.

Extend the gear and adjust the control rod (7) for the inner door.

Do the steps (9), (11) and (12) until you get the necessary tolerances.
