(1) S 434-007Install the hydraulic fittings and the new O-rings in the selector valve.
NOTE:____ You must lubricate the O-rings with hydraulic fluid.
(2) S 614-008Fill the selector valve with hydraulic fluid.
NOTE:____ Seal the ports of the selector valve with a cap.
(3) S 424-009Put the selector valve in its position and install the attach bolts.
(4) S 864-024Move the control lever for the landing gear to the OFF position.

3. Other Landing Gear Test

A. Procedure

(1)
If you cannot lift the airplane to do the usual test of the main landing gear, do this test:
(a)
Make sure these parts are correctly installed: 1) Selector Valve 2) Actuating Link 3) Hydraulic Lines
WARNING: MAKE SURE THE GROUND LOCK ASSEMBLIES ARE INSTALLED IN THE
_______ LANDING GEAR TO PREVENT OPERATION OF THE LANDING GEAR. INJURIES TO PERSONS AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT CAN OCCUR IF THE LANDING GEAR RETRACTS.
(b) Pressurize hydraulic system A (Ref 29-15-00/201).

(c) Move the control lever for the landing gear from DN to UP and back three times.
NOTE:____ You must use the override switch to do this.
NOTE:____ Hold the lever in each position for three seconds before you move the lever to the subsequent position.
(d) (e) (f) (g) (h) (i) Move the control lever for the landing gear to DN.Make sure the inboard end of the actuator for the main landing gear tries to extend when you move the control lever from DN to OFF.Move the control lever for the landing gear to DN.Do a check for hydraulic leakage with the hydraulic pressure applied.Release the pressure from hydraulic system A (Ref 29-15-00/201).Make sure the hydraulic connections do not have leaks.
