 |  |  | 1. This is a normal condition if Radio Altimeter 2 is |
 |  |  |  not powered or not installed.  |
 |  |  | 2. If Radio Altimeter 2 is installed, close Radio  |
 |  |  |  Altm-2 circuit breaker.  |
 |  |  | 3. Do a wiring check between D295 pin 39 and D103B  |
 |  |  |  pin 12, Flag Alarm from Radio Altimeter 2.  |
 |  |  | 4. Inspect electrical connectors for bent or broken  |
 |  |  |  pins, contamination, or damage.  |
 |  |  | 5. If the problem is not corrected, replace  |
 |  |  |  Radio Altimeter 2 (AMM 34-48-21/401).  |
 |  |  | 6. If the problem is not corrected, replace the  |
 |  |  |  Yaw Damper Coupler (AMM 22-12-31/401).  |

 |  |  | 2. AIRPLANES WITH EIS;  |
 |  |  | Make sure that EIS PRIM 1 and EIS PRIM 3 circuit  |
 |  |  | breakers are closed.  |
 |  |  | AIRPLANES WITHOUT EIS;  |
 |  |  | Make sure that N1 TACH ENG1 and N1 TACH ENG2  |
 |  |  | circuit breakers are closed.  |
 |  |  | 3. AIRPLANES WITH EIS;  |
 |  |  | If the problem is not corrected, do a wiring check |
 |  |  | between D295 pin 35 and D10092 pin 19 from EIS  |
 |  |  | Primary display.  |
 |  |  | AIRPLANES WITHOUT EIS;  |
 |  |  | If the problem is not corrected, do a wiring check |
 |  |  | between; D295 pin 35 and D542 pin 25 from N1 Tach  |
 |  |  | Indicator Engine 1.  |
 |  |  | 4. Inspect electrical connectors for bent or broken  |
 |  |  | pins, contamination, or damage.  |
 |  |  | 5. If the problem is not corrected, troubleshoot EIS  |
 |  |  | or N1 Tachometer indicating system.  |
 |  |  | 6. If the problem is not corrected, replace the  |
 |  |  | Yaw Damper Coupler (AMM 22-12-31/401).  |
