d) Open the AFC AFDS MCP DC circuit breaker on P18-1 circuit breaker panel.
NOTE: Make sure the CDU shows SQUAT IN AIR.

e) Close the AFC AFDS MCP DC circuit breaker.
f) Make sure the CDU shows SQUAT ON GND.AIRPLANES WITH A/T COMPUTER P/N 10-62017-1 THRU P/N 10-62017-5; Push the NEXT PAGE key. 1) Make sure the CDU shows Input Discretes page 3/4. 2) TOGA - PRESSED/NOT PRESSED
a) Push and hold the TO/GA switch on each thrust lever.
b) Make sure the CDU shows TOGA PRESSED.
c) Release the TOGA switch and make sure the CDU shows
TOGA NOT PRESSED. 3) ENG(ine) IDLE _ LOW/HIGH a) Close these circuit breakers:
1.
LANDING GEAR AIR/GND RELAY & LTS (P6)

ENGINE IDLE CONTROL (P6)
_ b) Make sure the CDU shows ENG IDLE LOW. c) Move the flap handle to more than 15 degrees. d) Open the LANDING GEAR AIR/GND RELAY & LIGHTS circuit
breaker on P6 panel.
e) Make sure the CDU shows ENG IDLE HIGH.
NOTE: Ignore the flap movement.

f) Set the flap handle to zero. g) Close the LANDING GEAR AIR/GND RELAY & LIGHTS circuit breaker. h) Make sure the CDU shows ENG IDLE LOW after 4 seconds. 4) DADC L - VALID/INVALID a) Open the No. 1 AIR DATA COMPUTER - AC circuit breaker
on P18 Panel. b) Make sure the CDU shows DADC L INVALID. c) Close the No. 1 AIR DATA COMPUTER - AC circuit breaker. d) Make sure the CDU shows DADC L VALID.
5) LRRA L - VALID/INVALID a) Open the RADIO ALTM-1 circuit breaker on P18 Panel. b) Make sure that CDU shows LRRA L INVALID. c) Close the RADIO ALTM-1 circuit breaker. d) Make sure that CDU shows LRRA L VALID.
AIRPLANES WITH A/T COMPUTER P/N 10-62017-11 AND SUBSEQUENT;
Push the NEXT PAGE key on the CDU.
1) Make sure that CDU shows Input Discretes page 3/6.
2) TOGA - PRESSED/NOT PRESSED
a) Push and hold the TO/GA switch on each thrust lever.
b) Make sure the CDU shows TOGA PRESSED.
c) Release the TO/GA switch.

ENG(ine) IDLE - LOW/HIGH
a) Close these circuit breakers:
1.
LANDING GEAR AIR/GND RELAY & LTS (P6)

ENGINE IDLE CONTROL (P6)
_ b) Make sure that CDU shows ENG IDLE LOW. c) Open the ENGINES-IDLE CONTROL circuit breaker on P6
panel. d) Make sure the CDU shows ENG IDLE HIGH. e) Close the ENGINES-IDLE CONTROL circuit breaker. f) Make sure the CDU shows ENG IDLE LOW after 4 seconds.AIRPLANES WITHOUT 45% N1 ENGINE IDLE INDICATION CIRCUIT; START 1,2
NOTE: You can tell if the airplane has the 45% N1 Engine
____ Idle Indication circuit by looking at the P6 circuit breaker panel. If the airplane has the 45% N1 Engine Idle Indication circuit, you will find an ENGINE - IDLE IND circuit breaker.
a) Make sure that the CDU shows START 1,2 OR ANTI-ICE 1,2 OFF (or START 1,2 OFF for airplanes with A/T computer P/N 10-62017-21 and subsequent).
b) Push the NEXT PAGE key on the CDU.
AIRPLANES WITH 45% N1 ENGINE IDLE INDICATION CIRCUIT;
START 1,2
NOTE: You can tell if the airplane has the 45% N1 Engine
____ Idle Indication circuit by looking at the P6 circuit breaker panel. If the airplane has the 45% N1 Engine Idle Indication circuit, you will find an ENGINE - IDLE IND circuit breaker.
a) Make sure the two engine start levers (No. 1 and No. 2) are in the CUTOFF position.
CAUTION: ENGINE START LEVERS SHOULD BE IN THE CUTOFF
_______ POSITION TO PREVENT THE IGNITERS IN THE ENGINES FROM BEING ENERGIZED WHEN THE ENGINE START SWITCHES ARE OPERATED DURING THE TEST.
b) Make sure the pneumatic power (pressure) on the Pneumatic Duct Pressure Indicator is less than 5 psi. c) Make sure the IGNITION-ENGINE NO. 1 - LEFT circuit breaker (C153) on the P6-2 panel is closed. d) Make sure the IGNITION-ENGINE NO. 2 - LEFT circuit breaker (C151) on the P6-2 panel is closed. e) Set the two ENGINE START switches located on the Pilots' Overhead Panel to OFF.
