 (ao) Use the VOR/ILS ramp test set to decrease the LOC radio signal to zero deviation on VHF navigation receiver 2. 1) AIRPLANES WITH EFIS;
 Make sure that VOR/LOC ENGAGED shows on the electronic attitude indicator (EADI) on the P3 first officer's main instrument panel.
 2)  AIRPLANES WITHOUT EFIS; Make sure that VOR/LOC ENGAGED shows on the flight mode annunciator on the P3 first officer's main instrument panel.
 3)  Make sure that the display shows
 f loc b = sel.

 (ap) Set the first officer's F/D switch on the DFCS MCP to OFF. (aq) Push and release the down arrow key until the display shows RA1 flag = set. (ar) Open this circuit breaker: 1) P18 Circuit Breaker Panel a) RADIO ALTM 1

 (as) Make sure that the display shows RA1 flag = not set. (at) Close this circuit breaker: 1) P18 Circuit Breaker Panel a) RADIO ALTM 1 (au) Push the down arrow key on the keypad. 1) Make sure that the display shows RA2 flag = set. (av) Open this circuit breaker: 1) P6 Circuit Breaker Panel
 a) RADIO ALTM 2 (aw) Make sure that the display shows RA2 flag = not set. (ax) Close this circuit breaker:
 1) P6 Circuit Breaker Panel a) RADIO ALTM 2 (ay) Push the down arrow key on the keypad. 1) Make sure the display shows N1 eng 1 = ok. (az) Open this circuit breaker: 1) P6 Circuit Breaker Panel
 a) EIS PRIM 1 (or TACH IND ENG 1 N1) (ba) Make sure that the display shows N1 eng 1 = failed. (bb) Close this circuit breaker:
 1) P6 Circuit Breaker Panel a) EIS PRIM 1 (or TACH IND ENG 1 N1) (bc) Push the down arrow key on the keypad. 1) Make sure that the display shows N1 eng 2 = ok. (bd) Open this circuit breaker: 1) P6 Circuit Breaker Panel
 a) EIS PRIM 3 (or TACH IND ENG 2 N1) (be) Make sure that the display shows N1 eng 2 = failed. (bf) Close this circuit breaker:
 1) P6 Circuit Breaker Panel a) EIS PRIM 3 (or TACH IND ENG 2 N1) (bg) Push the ON/OFF key on the keypad. 1) Make sure that the display shows TURN DISPLAY OFF? (bh) Push the YES key on the keypad. 1) Make sure that the display momentarily shows DISPLAY OFF.

 I. Interlock and Light Test
 S 865-014
 (1)  Make sure these circuit breakers are closed:
 (a)  P18 Circuit Breaker Panel
 1) YAW DAMPER AC
 2) YAW DAMPER DC

 S 725-024
 (2)  Do the interlock and light test.
 (a)  
Set the yaw damper engage switch on the P5 overhead panel to ON. 1) Make sure that the YAW DAMPER disengage light on the P5

 overhead panel goes off.

 (b)  
Push and hold the YAW DAMPER disengage light. 1) Make sure that the YAW DAMPER disengage light comes on.

 (c)  
Release the YAW DAMPER disengage light. 1) Make sure that the YAW DAMPER disengage light goes off.

 (d)  
Set the LIGHTS switch on the P2 center instrument panel to TEST and make sure that these lights come on: 1) The left and right MASTER CAUTION lights on the ends of the


 P7 glareshield panel. 2) The FLT CONT light on the left end of the P7 glareshield panel. 3) The YAW DAMPER disengage light on the P5 overhead panel.
 NOTE: Ignore other indications.

 (e)  Set the LIGHTS switch on the P2 center instrument panel to BRT.
 J. Put the Airplane Back to Its Usual Condition

 (1)  
Disconnect the radio altimeter test set, the VOR/ILS ramp test set, the multimeter, and the function generators.

 (2)  
Close the Electronic Equipment Access Door, 1201.

 (3)  
Set the two switches on the IRS MSU on the P5 overhead panel to OFF.
