Push the LSK adjacent to (<CHANNEL A AND B).

Push the LSK adjacent to (<LRU INTERFACE TESTS 2/2).
(d)
Push the LSK adjacent to (<ACT POS SENS).
(e)
Make sure the test is completed without an indication of failure.
(f)
Push INIT REF key on CDU to get out of BITE.

AILERON POSITION SENSOR - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General (Fig. 401)_______
A. This subject has two tasks, one for the removal, and one for the
installation of the aileron position sensor.
B. The aileron position sensor is installed on the left aileron torque tube. You will find it on the forward wall of the main wheel well adjacent to the autopilot actuators (Ref 27-11-00/201, Aileron and Aileron Trim Control System).

Open the autopilot circuit breakers on the P6 and P18 circuit breaker panels.

Remove the tire burst protection screens (if installed) in the left main wheel well.

Disconnect the electrical connectors on the sensors.

Remove the bolt and lock nut from the crank clamp attached to the micro adjustment rod assembly.

Loosen the mounting bracket bolts and lock nuts to remove the mounting bracket attached to the airplane structure.
