HYDRAULIC PRSSURE SWITCH - ADJUSTMENT/TEST

1. General_______
A. This procedure contains two tasks. The first task is the Manual Test. The second task is a DFCS BITE test. The Manual Test and the DFCS BITE test use no external equipment. These tests make sure that the hydraulic pressure switch operates correctly.
B. You can use the Manual Test or the DFCS BITE test to do a check on the hydraulic pressure switch. But the DFCS BITE test is only for airplanes with the flight control computers -912 MOD B and on.
C. The hydraulic pressure switches are installed on the A/P actuators for the aileron and elevator controls.

Supply hydraulic power (Ref 29-15-00/201).

Engage the autopilot channel A (or B as applicable) in the CMD mode.

Make sure that the autopilot stays engaged.
(5)
Open the AIR/GND RELAY circuit breaker on the P6 Panel.
