(1) Supply the electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201)

WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE CLEAR OF ALL CONTROL
_______ SURFACES BEFORE YOU SUPPLY HYDRAULIC POWER. AILERONS, RUDDER, ELEVATORS, FLAPS, SLATS, SPOILERS, LANDING GEAR, AND THRUST REVERSERS CAN MOVE QUICKLY WHEN YOU SUPPLY HYDRAULIC POWER. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(2) Supply the hydraulic power to the hydraulic systems A and B (AMM 29-15-00/201).

(3) Make sure that you close these circuit breakers:
(a)
P6 circuit breaker panel
1) MASTER CAUTION BUS
2) IND MASTER DIMMING BUS
3) DIM AND TEST
(b)
P18 circuit breaker panel:
1) YAW DAMPER AC
2) YAW DAMPER DC
3) ENG INTLK

(4) Make sure that the flight control system A and B switches are on.
E. Yaw Damper Indicator Lights
S 735-005
(1) Do the yaw damper indicator lights test:
(a)
Disengage the yaw damper.
(b)
Make sure these lights on the lightshield are on: 1) MASTER CAUTION 2) FLIGHT CONTROL ANNUNCIATOR
(c)
Turn the light switch on the center instrument panel to the DIM then to BRT position.
(d)
Make sure the YAW DAMPER warning light goes dim then bright.
(e)
Push one of the two MASTER CAUTION lights.
(f)
Make sure the two MASTER CAUTION lights and the FLIGHT CONTROL annunciator light are off.
(g)
Make sure the YAW DAMPER warning light stays on.
(h)
Push the annunciator light momentarily.
(i)
Make sure the MASTER CAUTION lights and the FLIGHT CONTROL annunciator light are on.
NOTE: Ignore the other master caution annunciator lights that
____
come on.
F. Yaw Damper Interlock Test

(1) Do the Yaw Damper interlock test:
(a) Engage the Yaw Damper switch.

(b)
Make sure the YAW DAMPER warning light extinguishes after approximately 2 seconds.
(c)
Open the YAW DAMPER AC circuit breaker.
(d)
Make sure the YAW DAMPER warning light is on and the YAW DAMPER engage switch disengages after approximately 2 seconds.
(e)
Close the YAW DAMPER AC circuit breaker and engage the YAW DAMPER switch.
(f)
Momentarily open and close the AC circuit breaker in 2 seconds.
(g)
Make sure the YAW DAMPER stays engaged.
(h)
Make sure the YAW DAMPER warning light is on immediately and stays on for approximately for 2 seconds.
G. Flight Control Switches Interlock Test
S 735-006
(1) Do the flight control interlock test:
(a)
Engage the YAW DAMPER.
(b)
Set the FLT CONTROL B switch to OFF. 1) Make sure the YAW DAMPER engage switch disengages.
