Procedure
S 422-012
(1)
Attach the quadrant to the mounting bracket:
(a)
Install the bolt, spacer, washer and nut.
(b)
Install the cotter pin.
S 432-013
(2)
Connect the cables to the quadrant and install the cotter pins to hold the cables.

(3)
Connect the input arm rod to the quadrant lever.
(a)
Install the cotter pin.

(4)
Connect the ratio changer linkage to the mounting bracket and the actuator.

Install the cotter pins.

Do this task to pressurize hydraulic system No. 4: "Hydraulic System Pressurization" (Ref 29-11-00/201).

Do this task: "Supply Electrical Power" (Ref 24-22-00/201).

Adjust the control cables:
(a)
Turn the captain's control wheel to manually adjust the aileron system until you can install rig pin A/S-4 (A/S-5, right).

(b)
Install the rig pin A/S-19 (A/S-21, right) in the inboard flight spoiler quadrant.
(c)
Tighten the control cables to the tension shown in Fig. 201. 1) Make sure the rig pins move freely.
(d)
Install the lock clips on the turnbuckle.
(e)
Remove the rig pins.
