Install the filter:
(a)
Install the new O-rings (17 and 19) and backup rings (16 and 18) on the filter (15) and the filter cap (14). 1) Apply the hydraulic fluid to the O-rings, the backup rings
and the threads of the fittings.
(b)
Install the filter and the cap. 1) Tighten the cap to 60-70 pound-inches (6.78-7.90 Nm).

Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers:

P180, DC Power Distribution Panel
1) 180E6, LATERAL CONT VLV SYS 2
2) 180H23, LATERAL CONT VLV SYS 3

Put the FLT CONTROL HYD POWER - WING switches for systems No. 2 and No. 3 on the pilots' overhead panel, P5, to the NORM position.

Extend and retract the spoiler to bleed the hydraulic system.
