If you will install used hinge bolts or bushings, do this task: "Outboard Flight Spoiler Inspection" (AMM 27-61-02/601).

Install the spoiler (Fig. 401):
(a)
Apply a thin layer of the grease to the mounting bolts and the hinge bolts.
(b)
Install the bushings (5 and 20) in the hinge brackets.
(c)
If it is necessary, install the captive bearings (13) and the seal plates (2).
(d)
Put the spoiler (1) in its position.
(e)
Install the four hinge bolts (7, 16 and 22), and washers (6, 15 and 17).
NOTE: The heads of the bolts must be outboard.

1) If it is necessary, install the antirotation washer (21) with the bolt (26), spacer (25), washer (24), and nut (23).
(f) Install a washer (19) and a nut (18) at hinges No. 2 and 3. 1) Tighten the nuts to 700-900 pound-inches.(79.1-101.7Nm)
