Do this task to pressurize hydraulic system No. 4 with an air-driven pump or an engine-driven pump: "Hydraulic System Pressurization" (AMM 29-11-00/201).

Make sure that the speed brake lever moves to the UP position automatically.


 NOTE: The speed brake lever can hesitate briefly between the ARM
____ and the UP positions while hydraulic system No. 4 comes up to full pressure.

Do this task to remove hydraulic system No. 4 power: "Remove Hydraulic Power" (AMM 29-11-00/201).

 GROUND SPOILERS - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

 1.  General_______
 A.  There are two tasks in this procedure. There is a task for the removal and a task for the installation of a ground spoiler.
 (1)  
The removal procedure has these parts:

 (a)  
The extension of the spoilers

 (b)  
The extension of the trailing edge flaps

 (c)  
The installation of the support equipment

 (d)  
The removal of the ground spoiler.

 (2)  
The installation procedure has these parts:

 (a)  
A check of the parts that attach the ground spoiler for worn areas

 (b)  
The installation of the ground spoiler

 (c)  
The removal of the support equipment

 (d)  
An adjustment of the clearance between the ground spoiler and the wing

 (e)  
An adjustment of the seals

 (f)  
An adjustment of the clearance between the spoiler and the flaps.
