Open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
(a)
P180, DC Power Distribution Distribution Panel
1) 180E6, LATERAL CONT VLV SYS 2
2) 180H23, LATERAL CONT VLV SYS 3

Remove the spoiler control package:
(a)
Remove the bolt (13), washer (11), and nut (12) to disconnect the spoiler control package (1) from the spoiler.
(b)
Remove the bushings (10) from the control package.
(c)
Put a container below the spoiler control package to catch the hydraulic fluid.
(d)
Disconnect the hydraulic lines (2) from the control package.
(e)
Install the caps on the hydraulic lines and in the ports of the control package.
CAUTION: DO NOT CHANGE THE LENGTH OF THE INPUT ARM ROD AFTER YOU
_______ DISCONNECT IT. YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(f)
Remove the bolt (7), washer (8), and nut (9) to disconnect the input rod (6) from the control package input arm.
(g)
Remove the four bolts (3), washers (4), and nuts (5) and remove the spoiler control package.
