until there is no continuity between pins 3 and 4. 2) Slowly adjust the arm switch aft (away from the striker plate) until there is continuity between pins 3 and 4. 3) Move the switch 0.07 to 0.09 inch (1.78-2.29mm) closer to the striker plate.

Tighten the mounting nuts on the switch and install lockwire.

(c) Tighten the checknut on the upstop.
