1. General_______
A. There are six tasks in this procedure. There is a task for the removal and a task for the installation of an outboard spoiler control package, a filter and a thermal relief valve.
(1)
The spoiler control package installation procedure has these parts:
(a)
The installation of the spoiler control package
(b)
An adjustment of the spoiler clearances
(2)
The control package filter and the thermal relief valve removal procedures have these parts:
(a)
An extension of the flaps
(b)
An extension of the spoilers
(c)
The depressurization of the hydraulic system
(d)
The removal of the filter or the thermal relief valve.
(3)
The control package filter and the thermal relief valve installation procedures have these parts:
(a)
The installation of new O-rings on the valve and the cap
(b)
The installation of the filter or the thermal relief valve
(c)
The pressurization of the hydraulic system
(d)
A retraction of the flaps.
