Do this task to pressurize hydraulic system No. 4: "Hydraulic System Pressurization" (Ref 29-11-00/201).

WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE CLEAR OF THE LE AND TE
_______ FLAPS AND FLAP DRIVE MECHANISMS BEFORE YOU MOVE THE FLAP CONTROL LEVER. WITH HYDRAULIC POWER REMOVED, THE FLAPS WILL MOVE AUTOMATICALLY BY ELECTRICAL POWER WHEN YOU MOVE THE FLAP CONTROL LEVER.
CAUTION:_______MONITOR THE FLAP MOVEMENT CAREFULLY. THE FLAPS CAN BE DAMAGED BY INCORRECTLY ADJUSTED COMPONENTS.
(3) Remove the DO-NOT-MOVE tag and put the flap control lever in the UP detent to retract the outboard flaps.

Adjust the support linkage (Fig. 402).

Adjust the length of the adjustable rod to get the lateral dimension shown in Section C-C: 1) Use a piece of tape with two marks to measure the
dimension.
a) On fairings No. 1 and 8, the marks must be 1.65 inches
