 (6)  Climb flight phase.
 (a)  Climb to cruise thrust mode transitions.
 1) Action or condition:

 VNAV requests the CRZ thrust mode while VNAV is engaged and the airplane reaches the VNAV top of climb alititude with the CRZ option selected on the PERF FACTORS page under the THR/CRZ header.
 OR
 VNAV requests the CRZ thrust mode while VNAV is engaged and the airplane reaches the VNAV top of descent altitude with the CLB option selected on the PERF FACTORS page under the THR/CRZ header.

 The airplane is airborne and the flap setting is
 greater than 20.

 The airplane is airborne and flap extension is
 initiated.

 The airplane is airborne and the TO/GA switch is
