A. Removal of the Lavatory E
(1) Remove the door and the pelmet.
(Ref. Fig. 401/TASK 25-43-42-991-017)
(a) Open the lavatory door (1).
(b) Remove the door-hinge attach screws (2), the washers (3) and
remove the door (1).
(c) Remove the screws (15) and the door step (17).
R (d) Put the STEPLADDER 1.0 M (3.3 FT) in position.
(e) Remove the pelmet attach screws (8), the washers (9) and the
pelmet (10).
(f) Remove the screw (6) and the washer (7).
(g) Loosen the screws (5) and remove the side pelmet (11).
(2) Disconnect the air supply.

(a) Above the lavatory ceiling, disconnect the electrical connector

(b) Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(c) Loosen the clamp (23) and disconnect the sleeve (22) from the tube assembly (24).
(d) Behind the lavatory, loosen the clamp (26) and disconnect the lavatory ventilation hose (25) from the tube assembly (27).
(e) Put blanking plugs on the disconnected line ends.
R (3) Disconnect the potable water and waste-water drain connections.
