Remove the temporary attachment from the ventilation hose (34).
(b)
Remove the blanking plugs and put the lavatory ventilation hose
(34) and the clamp (32) in position on the tube assembly (33).
(c)
Tighten the clamp (33).
(d)
Install the spacers (28), the clamps (29), the washers (30) and the screws (31).
(3)
Connect the electrical connections.
(Ref. Fig. 405/TASK 25-43-42-991-019)
(a)
Remove the temporary attachment from the cable assembly (93).
(b)
Put the cable assembly (93) in position on the rearwall (94).

Connect the cable assembly (93) to the mounts (91) with the cable ties (92).
(d)
Remove the blanking caps and connect the cable assembly (93) to the flush switch (80).

Open the sanitary cabinet door (41).

Put the bracket (88) in position and install the washers (90) and the screws (89).
(g)
Remove the blanking caps and connect the electrical connector (87).
(h)
Attach the bonding strap (81) to the electrical cable (82) with the cable ties (85).

Connect the cable assembly (86) to the mounts (83) with the cable ties (84).

(1) Install the upper and lower attachments.

Apply the COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-004A) to the new packings NAS 1611-209 (63) and the bolts (62).
(b)
Put the packings (63) in position at the lavatory lower attach-points.

(c) Put the lavatory assembly in position and install the bolts (62) in the wall fittings (61).

Apply the SPECIAL MATERIALS (Material No. 05-005D) to the bolts (62).

Put the cover plate (66) in position in the wall fittings (61).

Put the brace assemblies (65) in position.

If necessary adjust the brace assemblies.
WARNING : WEAR GOGGLES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL THE LOCKWIRE.

CUT, REMOVE AND DISCARD THE LOCKWIRE AS YOU DO THE
TASK. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT OR BLIND YOU.
1_ Remove and discard the lockwire.
2_ Loosen the locknut.
3_ Adjust the rod end.
4_ Tighten the locknut.
5_ Make sure that the rod end is in safety.
6_ Safety the locknut with corrosion-resistant steel lockwire 0.8
mm (0.032in) dia.

CES (h) Install the quick-release pins (64).
(2) Connect the potable and drain water connections. (Ref. Fig. 403/TASK 25-43-42-991-014)
(a) Remove the blanking plugs and put the sleeve (52) and the clamp
(51) in position on the drain tube (50).
NOTE : Make sure that the end of the sleeve is aligned with the

painted mark on the drain tube .
(b)
Tighten the clamp (51).
(c)
Put the bonding straps (45) and (48) in position and install the washer (46) and the nut (47) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).
(d)
Remove the blanking plugs and install the potable water tube (49).
