R (k) Put the guides (93) and (96) in position and install the screws

R (l) Put the guides (70) and (99) in position and install the screws

R (3) Install the Upper Attachments
R (Ref. Fig. 405B/TASK 25-33-41-991-014-A, 409/TASK 25-33-41-991-004)
R (a) Put the tie rods (53) in position and install the quick-release
R pins (52).
R (b) If necessary, remove and adjust the tie rods (53):
R 1_ Remove and discard the lockwire.
R 2_ Loosen the locknut.
R 3_ Adjust the rod end so that the quick-release pins (52) can be
R installed easily.
R 4_ Tighten the locknut.
R 5_ Make sure that the rod end is in a safe condition.
R 6_ Safety the locknut with the lockwire,MISCELLANEOUS (Material
No. 19-010).
R (c) Put the access panels (100) in position and install the screws
R (101).
R (d) Put the pelmet (111) in position and install the bolts (112).
R (e) Put the pelmet covers (49) in position and tighten the studs
R (48).
R (4) Install the Supply Connections
R (Ref. Fig. 402C/TASK 25-33-41-991-006-B)
R WARNING : MAKE SURE THAT THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM IS DEPRESSURIZED. A_______
R PRESSURIZED SYSTEM CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS WHEN THEY DO
R WORK ON IT.
R (a) Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.
R (b) Connect the exhaust air hose (29) to the exhaust air connection
R (31) and install the clamps (30).
R (c) Connect the ventilation hose (34) to the air supply connection
R (32) and install the clamp (33).
R (d) Connect the waste water hose (35) to the waste water connection
R (37) and install the clamps (36).
R (e) Connect the potable water hose (40) to the fresh water connection
R (38) and fasten the nut (39).
R (f) Put the access panel (28) in position and install the screws
R (27).
R (5) Install the Pedestal Panel
R (Ref. Fig. 402C/TASK 25-33-41-991-006-B)
R (a) Carefully put the pedestal panel (22) in position.
R (b) Install the screw (21) and the washer (20).
R (c) Install the screws (26) and (25).
R (d) Install the screws (23) and the washers (24).
R (6) Connect the Electrical Connections
R (Ref. Fig. 401C/TASK 25-33-41-991-022-B)
R (a) Put the bonding straps (15) in position and install the washers
R (16), the bolts (17) and the nuts (14) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-
004).
R (b) If necessary install the stud (1) and put the spacer (2) in
R position.
R (c) Put the clamps (3) in position on the cables and install the nuts
R (5) with the washers (4).
R (d) Put the clamps (10) and (13) in position on the cables and
R install the bolts (11) with the washers (12).
