Disconnect the thermostat (14) (Ref. TASK 30-71-54-000-001).
(2)
Disconnect the wire (13) of the heating disk (Ref. TASK 30-71-55-000-001) at its terminal.
(3)
Remove the screws (4) and the washers (5) from the bracket (3).
(4)
Remove the nut (18) and the screw (16) with the washer (17).
(5)
Remove the nut (27) and the screw (25) with the washer (26).
(6)
Remove the bracket (3) with the bonding strap (6) from the structure.
(7)
Release the tapes (10) from the insulation box. At the same time
remove the lower lid (12).
(8)
Remove the sides (9), (15) of the insulation box and the insulation plate (2).
(9)
Remove the screw (8), the washer (7) and the bonding strap (6).
(10)
Remove the bracket (3) with the bonding strap (6).
(11)
Support the air-stop drain valve (11).
(12)
Remove the remaining screws (4), the washers (5) and the insulation plate (2) from the bracket (19).
(13)
Remove the air-stop drain valve (11) with the top lid (1).

Make sure that the FWD and/or AFT cargo-compartment door is opened and safetied with the actuator safety locks (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-001).

Make sure that the access platform is in position at the opening of the applicable cargo compartment door.
(3)
Make sure that the warning notice is in position at the applicable control panel of the cargo loading system.
