Apply the BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-004) to the ends of the sleeve (52).
(3) Connect the air supply. (Ref. Fig. 402/TASK 25-43-42-991-002)
(a) Remove the blanking plugs and put the sleeve (22) and the clamp
(23) in position on the tube assembly (24).
NOTE : Make sure that the sleeve and the tube assembly are clean

and clear.
(b)
Tighten the clamp (23).
(c)
Remove the blanking plugs and put the lavatory ventilation hose
(25) and the clamp (26) in position on the tube assembly (27).
(d)
Tighten the clamp (26).

(e) Remove the blanking caps and connect the electrical connector 7204VC-A (21).
(4) Apply the sealant. (Ref. Fig. 401/TASK 25-43-42-991-017, 406/TASK 25-43-42-991-020)

Apply the SEALANTS (Material No. 09-016) to the floor pan (100).
(b)
Apply the SEALANTS (Material No. 09-016) (16) to the floor pan and the floor panel at the lavatory door opening.
(c)
Apply the SEALANT (12) to the joint between the lavatory rear wall (13) and the washbasin assembly (14).
(5)
Install the door and the pelmet. (Ref. Fig. 401/TASK 25-43-42-991-017)
(a)
Apply the SPECIAL MATERIALS (Material No. 05-002) to the door sill attach screws (15).
(b)
Put the door sill (17) in position and install the screws (15).
(c)
Torque the screws to between 0.37 and 0.42 m.daN (32.74 and 37.16 lbf.in).
(d)
Put the lavatory door (1) in position and install the washers (3) and the screws (2).
(e)
Put the pelmet (11) in position and tighten the screws (5). NOTE : Make sure that the washers (4) are correctly positioned on

the pelmet before tightening the screws.
(f)
Install the washer (7) and the screw (6).
(g)
Put the pelmet top (10) in position and install the washers (9) and the screws (8).
(6)
Install the trim panel in the AFT utility area (Ref. TASK 25-23-42-400-002).
