Torque the nuts (5) to between 0.6 and 0.7 m.daN (53.09 and 61.94 lbf.in)

Put the cover (3) in position and install the screws (4). WARNING : WEAR GOGGLES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL THE LOCKWIRE.
_______ CUT, REMOVE AND DISCARD THE LOCKWIRE AS YOU DO THE TASK. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT OR BLIND YOU.

Safety the screws (4) with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010).
(5) Seal the Splitline Joints and the Galley/Floor Interface
(a) Make sure that all the old sealant has been removed from the splitline joints and the galley/floor interface.
WARNING : MAKE SURE THAT THERE IS A GOOD FLOW OF AIR THROUGH THE_______ WORK AREA WHEN YOU USE SPECIAL MATERIALS. IF YOU GET ONE OF THESE MATERIALS ON YOUR SKIN, IN YOUR MOUTH OR IN YOUR EYES : -FLUSH IT AWAY WITH A FLOW OF CLEAN WATER FOR BETWEEN 10 AND 15 MINUTES. -GET IMMEDIATE MEDICAL AID IF IRRITATION OCCURS. DO NOT BREATHE THE FUMES FROM THE MATERIAL. DO NOT SMOKE WHEN YOU USE THE MATERIAL. DO NOT USE THE MATERIAL NEAR A FLAME, SPARKS OR SOURCES OF HEAT. THESE MATERIALS ARE DANGEROUS : THEY ARE POISONOUS, FLAMMABLE AND SKIN IRRITANTS.

R (1) Unless specified TORQUE all nuts, bolts and screws (Ref. TASK 20-21-11-911-001).
R R (2) Install the Floor Fittings (Ref. Fig. 404C/TASK 25-31-41-991-019-B)
R (a) Install the new o-rings (19).
R (b) Install the bushings (18).

R (c) Put the fittings (17) in position.
R (d) Put the shims (16) in position as identified during the removal
R procedure.
R (e) Apply BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-002) on the
R threads of the bolts (15).
R (f) Put the washers (20) in position and install the bolts (15).
R (g) Install the bushing (24).
R (3) Connect the Galley at the Splitline

R (c) Install the washers (86) and the screws (87).
R (d) Install the screws (85).
R (e) Install the washers (84) and the screws (83).
R (f) Put the galley module (81) in position.
R (g) Install the screws (82).
R (4) Seal the Splitline Joints

R (b) Clean the splitline joints with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-
R 003) and a lint-free cloth.
R (c) Apply new BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-004A)
R into all the splitline joints.
R (d) Connect the supply connections as necessary.
R (5) Carefully lift the galley above the shims (16).
