Install the Lower Attachments
(Ref. Fig. 404/TASK 25-33-41-991-013)
(a)
Install new packings (16).
(b)
Put the blocks (15) in position on the hardpoints.
(c)
Apply COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-004A) to the bolts (7).
(d)
Install the washers (10) and the bolts (7).
(e)
Install the shims (14).
(f)
Install new packings (19).
(g)
Put the fittings (20) in position and install the bolts (17) and the washers (18).
(h)
Prevent damage to the component interface and the adjacent area. WARNING : SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY OR IT WILL FALL AND BECOME
_______ DAMAGED OR INJURE PERSONNEL. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY.
(i)
Carefully lift the galley and put it in position on the blocks
(15) and the fittings (20) .
(j)
Install the eccentric plugs (13) and the eccentric bushes (12). NOTE : If necessary turn the eccentric plugs (13) and the
____ eccentric bushes (12) until the holes align and the galley touches all the blocks (15).
(k)
Apply COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-004A) to the bolts (8).
(l)
Install the plates (11).
(m)
Install the bolts (8) and the washers (9).
(n)
Install the covers (3) and the screws (4).
(o)
Install the covers (5) and the screws (6).
(p)
Put the rub strips (2) in position and install the screws (1).

Install the Upper Attachments (Ref. Fig. 403/TASK 25-33-41-991-012)
(a)
Put the brackets (7) in position and install the bolts (8).
(b)
Put the tie rods (5) in position install the quick-release pins (6).
(c)
If necessary, remove and adjust the tie rods (5). WARNING : WEAR GOGGLES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL THE LOCKWIRE.

Put the panels (1) in position and install the screws (2).
(e)
Put the panels (3) in position and install the screws (4).

Install the Air Connections (Ref. Fig. 402/TASK 25-33-41-991-006)
(a)
Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.
(b)
Connect the exhaust air hose (10) and tighten the clamp (7).
(c)
Connect the fresh air hose (5) and tighten the clamp (6).

Install the Potable and Drain Water Connections (Ref. Fig. 402/TASK 25-33-41-991-006)
CUT, REMOVE AND DISCARD THE LOCKWIRE AS YOU DO THE
TASK. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT OR BLIND YOU.
1_ Remove and discard the lockwire.
2_ Loosen the locknut.
3_ Adjust the tie rod end until the quick-release pins (6) can
easily be installed.
4_ Tighten the locknut.
5_ Make sure that the tie rod end is in safety.
6_ Safety the locknut with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010).
WARNING : MAKE SURE THAT THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM IS DEPRESSURIZED. A
_______ PRESSURIZED SYSTEM CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS WHEN THEY DO WORK ON IT.
(a)
Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.
(b)
Connect the potable water pipe (3) and tighten the nut (4).
(c)
Connect the drain hose (9) and tighten the clamps (8).
(5) Connect the Power Supply (Ref. Fig. 401/TASK 25-33-41-991-022)
(a)
Install the bonding straps (12) together with the washers (11), the bolts (10) and the nuts (13) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).
(b)
Put the clamps (7) in position on the wires.
(c)
Install the washers (9) and the bolts (8).
(d)
Put the clamps (1) in position on the wires and install the nuts (2).
(e)
Connect the wires. CAUTION : REFER TO THE MATCH MARKS MADE DURING THE REMOVAL WHEN
