R B. Disconnect the Galley Splitline
R NOTE : This procedure is only necessary if you must remove the galley____
R from the aircraft.
R (1) Disconnect the Galley at the Splitline
R (Ref. Fig. 407/TASK 25-31-41-991-002)
R WARNING : SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY OR IT WILL FALL AND BECOME_______
R DAMAGED OR INJURE PERSONNEL. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY.
R (a) Prevent damage to the component interface and the adjacent area.
R (b) Carefully lift the galley and move it to the center of the
R aircraft.
R NOTE : The splitline screws and bolts are painted red.____
R (c) Disconnect all supply lines, if necessary.
R (d) Remove the screws (82).
R (e) Separate the galley module (81) from the galley module (80).
R (f) Remove the screws (83) and the washers (84).
R (g) Remove the screws (85).
R (h) Remove the screws (87) and the washers (86).
R (i) Carefully separate the galley modules (80) and (88) and remove
R them from the aircraft.
R (2) Remove the floor fittings
R (Ref. Fig. 404C/TASK 25-31-41-991-019-B)
R (a) Remove the bolts (15) and the washers (20)
R (b) Remove the shims (16).
R (c) Identify the number and position of the shims (16) for the
R installation.
R (d) Remove the fittings (17).

R (e) Remove the bushings (18)
R (f) Remove and discard the o-rings (19).
R (g) Remove the bushing (24).
