R (3) Remove the Galley Supply Connections

R WARNING : MAKE SURE THAT THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM IS DEPRESSURIZED. A_______
R PRESSURIZED SYSTEM CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS WHEN THEY DO
R WORK ON IT.
R (a) Remove the screw (21) and the washer (20).
R (b) Remove the screws (26) and (25).
R (c) Remove the screws (23) and the washers (24).
R (d) Carefully remove the pedestal panel (22).
R (e) Remove the screws (27) and the access panel (28).
R (f) Loosen the nut (39) and disconnect the potable water hose (40)
R from the fitting of the fresh water connection (38).
R (g) Remove the clamps (36) and disconnect the waste water hose (35)
R from the waste water connection (37).
R (h) Remove the clamp (33) and disconnect the ventilation hose (34)
R from the air supply connection (32).
R (i) Remove the clamps (30) and disconnect the exhaust air hose (29)
R from the exhaust air connection (31).
R (j) Put blanking plugs on the disconnected line ends.
R (4) Remove the Upper Attachments
R (Ref. Fig. 409/TASK 25-33-41-991-004)
R (a) Remove the studs (48) and the pelmet covers (49).
R (b) Remove the screws (101) and the access panels (100).
R (c) Remove the quick-release pins (52) and disconnect the tie rods
R (53) from the aircraft structure.
R (5) Remove the Lower Attachments
R (Ref. Fig. 409/TASK 25-33-41-991-004)
R WARNING : SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY OR IT WILL FALL AND BECOME_______
R DAMAGED OR INJURE PERSONNEL. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY.
R (a) Remove the screws (71) and the guide (70).
R (b) Remove the screws (72) and the cover-seal (73).
R (c) Remove the screws (75) and (77) and the seals (76) and (78).
R (d) Remove the screws (79), (81), (83), (85) and (87) and the seals
R (80), (82), (84), (86) and (88).
R (e) Remove the screws (90) and (92) and the seals (89) and (91).
R (f) Remove the screws (94) and the cover-seal (95).
R (g) Remove the screws (97) and the guides (93) and (96).
R (h) Remove the screws (98) and the guide (99).
R (i) Remove the floor-seals (74).
R (j) Remove the screws (54) and the washers (55).
R (k) Remove the plates (56).
R (l) Remove the eccentric bushes (58) and the eccentric plugs (57).
R (m) Carefully lift the galley from the floor hardpoints and move the
R galley forward to the doors.
R (n) Prevent damage to the component interface and the adjacent area.
R (6) Remove the Floor Fittings
R (Ref. Fig. 409/TASK 25-33-41-991-004)
R NOTE : This procedure is only necessary, if you must remove the____
R galley from the aircraft.
R (a) Remove the shims (61).
R (b) Identify the number and position of the shims for the
R installation procedure.
R (c) Remove the screws (59) and the washers (60).
R (d) Remove the fittings (62).
R (e) Remove and discard the packings (63).
