R (a) Remove the screws (3) and the access panel (4).
R (b) Remove the screws (2) and the pelmet (1).
R (c) Remove the quick-release pins (13) and disconnect the tie rods
R (14) from the aircraft structure.
R (d) Remove and discard the cotter pins (7).
R (e) Remove the washers (6), the bolts (5) and disconnect the tie rods
R (14) from the brackets (6).
R (f) Remove the nuts (9), the washers (10), the bolts (12), the bushes
R (11) and the brackets (8).
R (5) Remove the Lower Attachments
R (Ref. Fig. 404A/TASK 25-31-41-991-019-C)
R WARNING : SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY OR IT WILL FALL AND BECOME_______
R DAMAGED OR INJURE PERSONNEL. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY.
R (a) Remove the screws (1) and (11) and the covers (2) and (12).
R (b) Remove the bolts (16), the nuts (7), the washers (8) and the
R plates (15).
R (c) Remove the eccentric plugs (13) and the eccentric bushes (14).
R (d) Carefully lift the galley off the blocks (4) and move it to the
R center of the aircraft.
R (e) Remove the shims (3).
R NOTE : Identify the position and number of the shims for the____
R installation procedure.
R (f) Remove the bolts (10) and the washers (9).
R (g) Remove the blocks (4).
R (h) Remove and discard the packings (5).
R (i) Remove the bushes (6).

R B. Disconnect the Galley Splitline
R NOTE : This procedure is only necessary if you must remove the galley____
R from the cabin.

R (1) Disconnect the Splitline Electrical Connections

R (a) Remove the bolts (1) and the bonding strap (2).
R (b) Remove the screws (4) and the clamps (3).
R (c) Remove the screws (6) and the covers (7).
R (d) Remove the nuts (8), the washers (9) and the wires (5).
R (2) Disconnect the Splitline
R (Ref. Fig. 405A/TASK 25-31-41-991-020-B)

R (a) Remove the screws (26) and the door (25).
R (b) Remove the screws (22) and the plate (24).
R (c) Remove the clamp (18) and disconnect the sink drain (19) from the
R drain pipe (17).
R (d) Remove the screws (16) and the worktop (30) with the plate (29).
R (e) Remove the screws (20) and the shelf (23).
R (f) Remove the bolts (27) and the casting (11).
R (g) Remove the screws (12) and the strips (28).
R (h) Remove the screws (21) and the strips (14) and (15).
R (i) Carefully separate the galley modules (10) and (13) and remove
R them from the aircraft.
