R (j) Put the fittings (51) in position and install the screws (50).
R (3) Seal the Splitline Joints

R USE PROTECTIVE CLOTHING, RUBBER GLOVES, GOGGLES AND A MASK.
R (a) Remove the old sealant of the splitline joints with a
R nonmetallic-scraper.
R (b) Clean the splitline joints with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-
R 003) and a lint-free cloth.
R (c) Apply new BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-004A)
R into all the splitline joints.
R (4) Connect the Galley at the Splitline
R (Ref. Fig. 405B/TASK 25-33-41-991-014-A)
R WARNING : SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY OR IT WILL FALL AND BECOME_______

R (a) Prevent damage to the component interface and the adjacent area.
R (b) Carefully lift the galley middle section (122) and put it in
R position on the galley lower section (125).
R (c) Install the screws (128).
R (d) Install the screws (126) and the washers (127).
R (e) Put the plate (133) in position and install the screws (131) and
R the washers (132).
R (f) Put the lower side panels (130) and (136) in position and install
R the screws (134) and (135).
R (g) Put the doors (140) with the strips (142) in position and install
R the screws (141).
R (h) Carefully lift the galley upper section (110) and put it in
R position on the galley middle section (122).
R (i) Install the screws (119).
R (j) Install the screws (120) and the washers (121).
R (k) Install the screws (118) and the washers (117).
R (l) Install the screws (116) and the washers (115).
R (m) Put the upper side covers (113) and (123) in position and install
R the screws (114) and (124).
R (n) Put the doors (139) in position and install the screws (138) and
R the washers (137).
R (5) Install the Splitline - Supply Connections
R (Ref. Fig. 406A/TASK 25-33-41-991-032)
R WARNING : MAKE SURE THAT THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM IS DEPRESSURIZED. A_______
R PRESSURIZED SYSTEM CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS WHEN THEY DO
R WORK ON IT.
R (a) Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.
R (b) Connect the hose (165) to the sink (163) and tighten the clamp
R (164).
R (c) Put the faucet (173) in position and install the nut (172).
R (d) Connect the hose (171) of the fresh water system to the faucet
R (173) and tighten the nut (171).
R (e) Put the air-outlets (169) in position and install the screws
R (170) and the nuts (168).
R (f) Connect the ventilation hose (166) to the the air-outlet (169)
R and tighten the clamp (167).
R (g) Connect the ring (161) to the control cable (162) of the drain
R valve (160).
R (h) Connect all further splitline connections, if necessary.
R (6) Install the Splitline - Electrical Connections
R (Ref. Fig. 407A/TASK 25-33-41-991-031)
R (a) Remove the blanking caps from the disconnected electrical plug
R and connector.
R (b) Connect the electrical plug (154) to the connector (155).
R (c) Put the clamps (151) in position at the cables with the screws
R (153), the washers (152) and the spacers (150), as necessary.
R (7) Carefully lift the galley above the floor hardpoints.
