R  WARNING : SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY OR IT WILL FALL AND BECOME_______ 
R  DAMAGED OR INJURE PERSONNEL. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY. 
R  (a) Apply COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-004A) to the bushes (11). 
R  (b) Install the bushes (11) in the floor hardpoints. 
R  (c) Install new packings (12). 
R  (d) Put the blocks (13) in position on the hardpoints. 
R  (e) Apply COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-004A) to the threads of the 
R  bolts (3) and (8). 
R  (f) Install the bolts (8) and the washers (9). 
R  (g) Install the shims (14). 
R  (h) Carefully lift the galley and put it in position on the blocks 
R  (13). 
R  (i) Install the eccentric plugs (7) and the eccentric bushes (6). 
R  NOTE : If necessary turn the eccentric plugs (7) and the____ 
R  eccentric bushes (6). Make sure that the holes align and 
R  the galley touches all the blocks (13). 
R  (j) Install the plates (5), the washers (4), the bolts (3) and the 
R  nuts (10). 
R  (k) Put the covers (1) in position and install the screws (2). 
R  (2) Install the Upper Attachments 
R  (Ref. Fig. 403A/TASK 25-33-41-991-012-B) 
R  (a) Put the brackets (6) in position on the galley. 

 CES

R  (b) Install the bolts (10), the washers (8), the bushes (9) and the 
R  nuts (7). 
R  (c) Put the tie rods (12) in position on the brackets (6) and install 
R  the bolts (3) and the washers (4). 
R  (d) Install new cotter pins in the bolts (3). 
R  (e) Put the tie rods (12) in position on the structure and install 
R  the quick-releasepins (11). 
R  (f) If necessary, remove and adjust the tie rods (12). 
R  WARNING : WEAR GOGGLES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL THE LOCKWIRE._______ 
R  CUT, REMOVE AND DISCARD THE LOCKWIRE AS YOU DO THE 
R  TASK. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT OR BLIND YOU. 
R  1_  Remove and discard the lockwire.
R  2_  Loosen the locknut.
R  3_  Adjust the tie rod end until the quick release pins (11) can
R  easily be installed. 
R  4_  Tighten the locknut.
R  5_  Make sure that the tie rod end is in safety.
R  6_  Safety the locknut with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010).
R  (g) Install the pelmet (1) and the screws (2). 
R  (3) Install the Air Connections 
R  (Ref. Fig. 402A/TASK 25-33-41-991-006-C) 
R  (a) Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends. 
R  (b) Connect the exhaust air hose (3) and tighten the clamps (4). 
R  (4) Install the Potable and Drain Water Connections 
R  (Ref. Fig. 402A/TASK 25-33-41-991-006-C) 
R  WARNING : MAKE SURE THAT THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM IS DEPRESSURIZED. A_______ 
R  PRESSURIZED SYSTEM CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS WHEN THEY DO 
R  WORK ON IT. 
R  (a) Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends. 

 

R  (b) Connect the potable water pipe (10) to the fitting (8) and 
R  tighten the nut (9). 
R  (c) Connect the drain pipe (5) to the pipe (7) and tighten the clamp 
R  (6). 
R  (5) Connect the Power Supply 
R  (Ref. Fig. 401A/TASK 25-33-41-991-022-C) 
R  CAUTION : REFER TO THE MATCH MARKS MADE DURING THE REMOVAL WHEN YOU_______ 
R  CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL WIRES. 
R  IF YOU MAKE AN ERROR WHEN YOU CONNECT THE WIRES YOU WILL 
R  CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT. 
R  (a) Put the bonding straps (12) in position and install the washers 
R  (13), the bolts (14) and the nuts (11) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-
R  004). 
R  (b) Put the clamps (8) in position on the wires. 
R  (c) Install the washers (9) and the bolts (10). 
R  (d) Put the clamps (1) in position on the wires and install the nuts 
R  (3) and the washers (2). 
R  (e) Put the wires (4) in position and install the nuts (5). 
R  (f) Put the cover (7) in position and install the screws (6). 
R  WARNING : WEAR GOGGLES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL THE LOCKWIRE._______ 
R  CUT, REMOVE AND DISCARD THE LOCKWIRE AS YOU DO THE 
R  TASK. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT OR BLIND YOU. 
R  (g) Safety the screws (6) with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010).
