Put the lavatory assembly in position and install the bolts (67) in the wall fittings (66).
WARNING : MAKE SURE THAT THERE IS A GOOD FLOW OF AIR THROUGH THE

IF YOU GET ONE OF THESE MATERIALS ON YOUR SKIN, IN YOUR MOUTH OR IN YOUR EYES : -FLUSH IT AWAY WITH A FLOW OF CLEAN WATER FOR BETWEEN 10 AND 15 MINUTES. -GET IMMEDIATE MEDICAL AID IF IRRITATION OCCURS. DO NOT BREATHE THE FUMES FROM THE MATERIAL. DO NOT SMOKE WHEN YOU USE THE MATERIAL. DO NOT USE THE MATERIAL NEAR A FLAME, SPARKS OR SOURCES OF HEAT. Apply the SPECIAL MATERIALS (Material No. 05-005D) to the bolts (67).
(d)
Put the plate (74) in position and install the washers (73) and the screws (72).
(e)
In the cockpit, put the plate (62) in position and install the screws (63).
(f)
Put the life vest container (61) in position, install the fasteners (65) and close the flap (64).
(g)
Get access to the lateral avionics compartment and install the washer (68) and the bolt (69).

(h)
Apply the SPECIAL MATERIALS (Material No. 05-005D) to the bolt
(69) and the washer (68).
(i)
Put the stepladder in position.
(j)
Put the brace assemblies (71) in position.
(k)
If necessary adjust the brace assemblies. WARNING : WEAR GOGGLES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL THE LOCKWIRE.

CUT, REMOVE AND DISCARD THE LOCKWIRE AS YOU DO THE
TASK. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT OR BLIND YOU.
1_ Remove and discard the lockwire.
2_ Loosen the locknut.
3_ Adjust the rod end.
4_ Tighten the locknut.
5_ Make sure that the rod end is in safety.
6_ Safety the locknut with corrosion-resistant steel lockwire 0.8
mm (0.032in) dia.
(l) Install the quick-release pins (70).
(4) Connect the tube connections. R (Ref. Fig. 406/TASK 25-41-41-991-019)
(a) Remove the blanking plugs and put the clamp (50) and the sleeve
(51) in position on the drain tube (49).
NOTE : Make sure that the end of the sleeve is in line with the
____ painted mark on the drain tube.
(b)
Tighten the clamp (50).
(c)
Remove the blanking plugs and put the potable water tube (45) in position.
(d)
Tighten the potable-water tube connection (46). WARNING : OBEY THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS WHEN YOU USE

(e)
Apply the BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-010) to the seals (48).
(f)
Put the protective tubing (47) in position on the seals (48).
(g)
Open the sanitary cabinet door (41).
(h)
Remove the blanking plugs and put the potable-water tube assembly
(42) in position. Install and tighten the connections (43) and (44).
(i)
Close the sanitary cabinet door (41). WARNING : OBEY THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS WHEN YOU USE

(j)
Apply the BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-004) to the ends of the sleeve (51).
(5) Connect the air supply connections.
(a)
Put the ventilation hose (24) and the clamp (25) in position on the ventilation tube (26).
(b)
Tighten the clamp (25).
(c)
Put the air extraction hose (21) and the clamp (22) in position on the tube assembly (23).
(d)
Tighten the clamp (22).
(6) Install the door. R (Ref. Fig. 405/TASK 25-41-41-991-017)
(a)
Remove the blanking caps and connect the electrical connector 7200VC-A (2).
(b)
