(2) Install the Galley Upper Attachments R (Ref. Fig. 403B/TASK 25-33-41-991-012-A)
WARNING : SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY OR IT WILL FALL AND BECOME
_______ DAMAGED OR INJURE PERSONNEL. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY.
(a) Put the tie-rods (5) in position at the aircraft structure and install the quick-release pins (6).
WARNING : WEAR GOGGLES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL THE LOCKWIRE.
_______ CUT, REMOVE AND DISCARD THE LOCKWIRE AS YOU DO THE TASK. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT OR BLIND YOU.
(b) If necessary, remove and adjust the tie-rods (5). 1 Remove and discard the lockwire.

2 Loosen the locknut.
_ 3 Adjust the tie-rod end until the quick release pins (6) can
_
easily be installed.
4 Tighten the locknut.
_
5 Make sure that the tie-rod end is in safety.
_
6 Safety the locknut with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010).

Install the access panel (2) and the screws (3).
(d)
Install the access panels (1) and the screws (4).
(3) Install the Supply Connections
(Ref. Fig. 402B/TASK 25-33-41-991-006-A)
WARNING : MAKE SURE THAT THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM IS DEPRESSURIZED. A
_______ PRESSURIZED SYSTEM CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS WHEN THEY DO WORK ON IT.
(a)
Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.
(b)
Connect the water supply pipe (14) to the supply connection (12) and tighten the nut (13).
(c)
Connect the waste water pipe (9) to the waste connection (11) and install the clamps (10).
(d)
Put the clamp (7) in position on the air supply hose (8).
(e)
Connect the air supply hose (8) to the air supply connection (6) and tighten the clamp (7).
(f)
Put the clamps (4) in position on the air exhaust hose (3).
(g)
Connect the air exhaust hose (3) to the air exhaust connection
(5) and tighten the clamps (4).
(h)
Install the access panel (2) and the screws (1).
(4) Connect the Electrical Connections (Ref. Fig. 401B/TASK 25-33-41-991-022-A)
CAUTION : REFER TO THE MATCH MARKS MADE DURING THE REMOVAL WHEN YOU
_______ CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL WIRES. IF YOU MAKE AN ERROR WHEN YOU CONNECT THE WIRES YOU WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(a)
Put the bonding straps (13) in position and install the bolts (15), the washers (14) and the nuts (12) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).
(b)
Put the clamps (11) in position on the wires and install the washers (10) and the bolts (9).
(c)
Put the clamps (1) in position on the wires and install the nuts
(3) and the washers (2).
(d)
Install the spacers (8), if applicable.
(e)
Put the wires (7) in position and install the nuts (6).
(f)
Torque the nuts (6) to between 0.6 and 0.7 m.daN (53.09 and 61.94 lbf.in).
(g)
Put the cover (4) in position and install the screws (5). WARNING : WEAR GOGGLES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL THE LOCKWIRE.
_______ CUT, REMOVE AND DISCARD THE LOCKWIRE AS YOU DO THE TASK. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT OR BLIND YOU.
(h)
Safety the screws (5) with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010).
(e)
Put the wires (6) in position: CAUTION : REFER TO THE MATCH MARKS MADE DURING THE REMOVAL WHEN
(5) Seal the Splitline Joints of the Galley and the Galley/Floor Interface
WARNING : OBEY THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS WHEN YOU USE_______ THIS/THESE MATERIAL/S. USE PROTECTIVE CLOTHING, RUBBER GLOVES, GOGGLES AND A MASK.
(a) Remove the old sealant of the splitline joints and the galley/floor interface with a nonmetallic-scraper.
(b) Clean the splitline joints and the galley/floor interface with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-003) and a lint-free cloth.
(c) Apply new BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-004A) into all the splitline joints and the galley/floor interface.
(d) Close the galley doors, if applicable.
