A. Get Access
(1)
Open the FWD and/or AFT cargo-compartment door(s) and install the actuator safety locks (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(2)
Put the access platform in position at the FWD and/or AFT cargo-compartment door(s).
(3)
Put the warning notice(s) on the control panel of the cargo loading system to tell persons not to use it.

A. Get Access
(1)
Remove the floor panels 131TF, 132TF in the FWD cargo compartment to get access to the air-stop valve (Ref. TASK 53-22-14-000-001).
(2)
Remove the floor panels 151AG, 152AG, 151BG, 152BG in the AFT cargo compartment to get access to the air-stop valve (Ref. TASK 53-42-14-000-001).

(3) Disconnect the drain pipe from the inlet and outlet port of the air-stop valve (Ref. TASK 25-53-00-000-001).

B. Removal of the air-stop drain valve of the FWD cargo compartment.

(1)
Disconnect the thermostat (14) (Ref. TASK 30-71-54-000-001).
(2)
Disconnect the wire (13) of the heating disk (Ref. TASK 30-71-55-000-001) at its terminal.
(3)
Remove the screws (4), the washers (5) from the bracket (3).
(4)
Remove the nut (18), the screw (16) with the washer (17).
(5)
Remove the bracket (3) from the structure.
(6)
Release the tapes (10) from the insulation box. At the same time remove the lower lid (12).
(7)
Remove the sides (9),(15) of the insulation box and the insulation plate (2).
(8)
Remove the screw (8), the washer (7) and the bonding strap (6).
(9)
Support the air-stop drain valve (11).
(10) Remove the remaining screws (4), the washers (5) and the insulation plate (2) from the bracket (19).
(11) Remove the air-stop drain valve (11) with the top lid (1). Subtask 25-53-51-020-051
