Make sure that the gap between the drain pipe end is approximately 12 mm (0.4724 in.).

Move the rubber sleeve (42) over the outlet port of the air stop valve and attach it with new tie-wraps (41).
(g)
Attach the pipe end-fittings (64) and (65) and tighten.
(h)
Connect the three wires of the heater elements at each heater element terminal (39) and attach the terminal with new tie-wraps.
(i)
Fully tighten all screws and pipe end-fittings.
(j)
Put the insulation on each rubber sleeve (42) and secure with adhesive tape.
(k)
Put each identification label in a visible position and attach them with new tie-wraps.

G. Installation of the Drain Pipes
(1) For the AFT Cargo Compartment between (FR58) and (FR59). (Ref. Fig. 304/TASK 25-53-00-991-006, 306/TASK 25-53-00-991-007, 308/TASK 25-53-00-991-008)
(a)
Put the drain pipe sections in position.
(b)
Remove the blanking plugs from the drain pipe ends.
(c)
Loosely install the clamps (22) and the bonding straps (25) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004) with the bolts (24), the washers
(23) and the nuts (21), to support each drain pipe sections.
(d)
Put the rubber sleeve (42) on the drain pipe section (40) adjacent to the inlet port of the air stop valve.
(e)
Make sure that the gap between the drain pipe (40) and the adjacent pipe end is approximately 12 mm (0.4724 in.).
(f)
Move the rubber sleeve (42) over the inlet port of the air stop valve.
(g)
Attach the rubber sleeve (42) with new tie-wraps (41).
(h)
Put the new O-ring (10) on the port of the drain funnel (5).
(i)
Attach the pipe end-fitting (11) to the port of the drain funnel (5).
(j)
Attach the pipe end-fitting (50),(51) and tighten.
(k)
Fully tighten all nuts, screws and pipe end-fittings.
(l)
Put all insulation parts on the drain funnels.
(m)
Connect the three wires of the heater elements at each terminal (39).
(n)
Attach each terminal (39) of the heater element with new tie-wraps.
(o)
Put each identification label in a visible position and secure with new tie-wraps.

H. Installation of the Drain Pipes
(1) For the AFT Cargo Compartment between (FR53) and (FR58). (Ref. Fig. 304/TASK 25-53-00-991-006, 306/TASK 25-53-00-991-007)
(a)
Remove the blanking plugs from the drain pipe ends.
(b)
Put the drain pipe sections in position.
(c)
Loosely install the clamps (22),(36) and the bonding strap (25) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004) with bolts (24),(38), the washers (23),(37) and the nuts (21),(35) to support each drain pipe section.
(d)
Put the rubber sleeve (42) on the drain pipe end (43).
(e)
Make sure that the gap between the drain pipe end is approximately 12 mm (0.4724 in.).
(f)
Move the rubber sleeve (42) over the adjacent pipe end and attach it with new tie-wraps (41).
(g)
Repeat steps (a) thru (f) for each section of drain pipe you install.
(h)
Connect the three wires of the heater elements at each heater element terminal (39) and attach the terminal with new tie wraps (41).
(i)
Fully tighten all nuts, screws and pipe end-fittings.
(j)
Put the insulation on each rubber sleeve (42) and secure with adhesive tape.
(k)
Put each identification label in a visible position and attach them with new tie-wraps (41).

A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Install the floor panels 131LF, 131SF, 131TF, 132TF in the FWD cargo compartment (Ref. TASK 53-22-14-400-001).
(3)
Install the floor panels 151SF, 151TF, 151UF, 151AG, 152AG, 151BG, 152BG in the AFT cargo compartment (Ref. TASK 53-42-14-400-001).
(4)
Install the roller assy (Ref. TASK 25-52-24-400-001).
