R (1) Connect the Galley at the Splitline (Ref. Fig. 405B/TASK 25-31-41-991-020-A)
WARNING : SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY OR IT WILL FALL AND BECOME_______ DAMAGED OR INJURE PERSONNEL. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY.
(a) Prevent damage to the component interface and the adjacent area.
(b) Carefully lift the galley modules (30) and (31) and put them in position in the aircraft.
(c) Install the strips (32).
(d) Install the screws (29) in the galley modules (30) and (31).
R (2) Connect the Electrical Connections (Ref. Fig. 405B/TASK 25-31-41-991-020-A)
(a) Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(b) Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(c) Connect the electrical connectors (6) to the electrical connectors (5).
NOTE : Install cable ties as necessary to attach the electrical____ cables at the galley splitline.
(d) Put the bonding strap (8) in position and install the washers (7) and the screw (9).
R (3) Install the Air Connections (Ref. Fig. 405B/TASK 25-31-41-991-020-A)
(a) Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.
(b) Connect the hose (10) to the hose (12) and install the cable tie (11).
R (4) Install the Extractor (Ref. Fig. 405B/TASK 25-31-41-991-020-A)
(a) Put the extractor (1) in position and install the screws (2).
(5) Install the Potable Water and Drain Connections R (Ref. Fig. 405B/TASK 25-31-41-991-020-A)

Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.
(b)
Put the clamps (25) in position on the hoses (24), connect the hoses (24) to the water drains (26) and tighten the clamps (25).
(c)
Connect the pipes (28) to the unions (27).
(d)
Put the clamp (22) in position on the hose (23), connect the hose
(23) to the sink (21) and tighten the clamp (22).
(e)
Put the water spigot (20) in position in the ferrule (19).
(f)
Install the washer (18) and the nut (17).
(g)
Connect the pipe (16) to the water spigot (20).
(h)
Connect the ring (13) to the retainer (14) on the water drain valve (15).
(i) Connect the pipes (4) to the pipes (3).
