Remove the upper and lower attachments. R (Ref. Fig. 407/TASK 25-41-41-991-020)
(a)
Get access to the lateral avionics compartment and remove the bolt (69) and the washer (68).
(b)
Get access to the cockpit and open the flap (64) on the life vest container (61).
(c)
Loosen the fasteners (65) and remove the container.
(d)
In the wardrobe remove the screws (63) and the plate (62).
(e)
Remove the sealant from around the angle plate (74) with a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(f)
Remove the screws (72), the washers (73) and the angle plate (74).
(g)
Remove the bolts (67).
(h)
Remove the quick-release pins (70).
(i)
Move the lavatory assembly to the center of the aircraft aisle.
(5)
Disconnect the electrical connections. R (Ref. Fig. 408/TASK 25-41-41-991-021)
(a)
Remove the screws (85) and the micro switch (86).
(b)
Disconnect the electrical cable (84) from the micro switch.
(c)
Remove and discard the cable ties (91).
(d)
Remove the screws (88) and the washers (89).
(e)
Make sure that the oxygen-box electrical connector (83) is disconnected.
(f)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(g)
Carefully remove the cable assembly (84) and the terminal block
(87) through the cut out in the ceiling panel (81).
(h)
Temporarily attach the cable assembly and the terminal block to the ceiling panel.

(a)
Remove the sealant from around the floor pan (9) with a SCRAPER -NON METALLIC.
(b)
Remove the screws (10) and (12) and the washers (11).
(c)
Remove the lavatory assembly from the floor pan (9).
(d)
Remove the screws (6) and the washers (5).
(e)
Remove the cap (8) and the screw (7).
(f)
Remove the screws (4) and the washers (3).
(g)
Divide the lavatory subassemblies (1) and (2).
(h)
Remove the lavatory subassemblies from the aircraft.
(i) Remove the stepladder.

E. Removal of the Lavatory A
(1)
Remove the door sill. R (Ref. Fig. 405/TASK 25-41-41-991-017)
(a)
Remove the screws (7) and the door sill (8).
(b)
Remove the old sealant with a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(2)
Disconnect the electrical connector 7200VC-A. R (Ref. Fig. 405/TASK 25-41-41-991-017)
(a)
Remove the access panel (1)

Remove the cap and remove the rivets with a DRILL DIA 1/128 IN.
-
Remove the access panel (1) from the lining (3).
(b)
Disconnect the electrical connector 7200VC-A (2).
(c)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(3) Disconnect the air supply connections.
(a)
Put the STEPLADDER 1.0 M (3.3 FT) in position.
