R  WORK ON IT. 
R  (a) Remove the screws (2) and the access panel (1). 
R  (b) Loosen the nut (9) and disconnect the potable water pipe (10) 
R  from the fitting (8). 
R  (c) Remove the clamp (6) and disconnect the drain pipe (5) from the 
R  pipe (7). 
R  (d) Put blanking plugs on the disconnected line ends. 
R  (3) Remove the Air Supply Connections 
R  (Ref. Fig. 402A/TASK 25-33-41-991-006-C) 
R  (a) Release the clamps (4) and disconnect the exhaust air hose (3). 
R  (b) Put blanking plugs on the disconnected line ends. 
R  (4) Remove the Upper Attachments 
R  (Ref. Fig. 403A/TASK 25-33-41-991-012-B) 
R  (a) Remove the screws (2) and the pelmet (1). 
R  (b) Remove the quick-release pins (11) and disconnect the tie rods 
R  (12) from the aircraft structure. 
R  (c) Remove and discard the cotter pins (5). 
R  (d) Remove the bolts (3) and the washers (4). 
R  (e) Disconnect the tie rods (12) from the brackets (6). 
R  (f) Remove the nuts (7), the washers (8) and the bushes (9). 
R  (g) Remove the brackets (6). 

 

R  (5) Remove the Lower Attachments 
R  (Ref. Fig. 404A/TASK 25-33-41-991-013-B) 
R  WARNING : SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY OR IT WILL FALL AND BECOME_______ 
R  DAMAGED OR INJURE PERSONNEL. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY. 
R  (a) Remove the screws (2) and the covers (1). 
R  (b) Remove the bolts (3), the washers (4) and the nuts (10). 
R  (c) Remove the eccentric bushes (6) and the eccentric plugs (7). 
R  (d) Prevent damage to the component interface and the adjacent area. 
R  (e) Carefully lift the galley off the blocks (13) and move it to the 
R  center of the aircraft. 
R  (f) Remove the shims (14). 
R  NOTE : Identify the position and number of the shims for the____ 
R  installation procedure. 
R  (g) Remove the bolts (8) and the washers (9). 
R  (h) Remove the blocks (13). 
R  (i) Remove and discard the packings (12). 
R  (j) Remove the bushes (11).

R  B. Disconnect the Galley Splitline 
R  NOTE : This procedure is only necessary if you must remove the galley____ 
R  from the cabin. 
R  NOTE : The galley splitline screws and bolts are painted red.____ 
R  (1) Disconnect the Splitline Supply Connections 
R  (Ref. Fig. 406/TASK 25-33-41-991-032-A) 
R  (a) Disconnect the ring (11) from the drain cable (10) and the drain 
R  valve (12). 
R  (b) Remove the clamp (5) and disconnect the drain pipe (6) from the 
R  sink (4).

R  (2) Disconnect the Splitline Electrical Connections

R  (a) Remove the bolts (5), the washers (4) and the clamps (3). 
R  (b) Disconnect the elctrical connectors (2) from the receptacles (1). 
R  (c) Disconnect the electrical connectors (6) from the junction 
R  receptacle (7). 
R  (d) Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors. 
R  (3) Disconnect the Galley at the Splitline
