(c) Remove and discard the cable ties (23) and disengage the
electrical harness (24) from the lavatory.
(3) Remove the aft sidewall assembly
(a)
Get access to the lateral avionics compartment and remove the screw (7) and the washer (8).
(b)
Remove the screws (9), the washers (10) and the sealing angle (11).
(c)
Remove the screws (29) and the washers (30).
(d)
Remove the bracket attach screws (13).
(e)
Remove the screws (15) and the angle (14).
(f)
Remove the screws (16) that attach the passage wall (22) to the AFT sidewall assembly (19).
(g)
Remove the ceiling-panel attach screws (18) and the washers (17).
(h)
Remove the covers (4).
(i)
Remove the sealant from the bolts (1).
(j)
Remove the bolts (1) and the bushes (2) and (3) from the wall fittings.
NOTE : Item (1), (2) and (3) are part of the lavatory.

(k)
Remove the screws (20) that attach the aft sidewall assembly (19) to the upper part of the FWD wall unit (21).
(l)
Remove the quick-release pins (26) from the tie rods (27) and remove the AFT sidewall assembly (19).
(m)
Remove the rubber strip (12), the packings (6) and if necessary the bushes (5).

C. Disconnection of the Air Ventilation Tube R (Ref. Fig. 403/TASK 25-41-41-991-027)
(1)
Put the STEPLADDER 1.0 M (3.3 FT) in position.
(2)
Loosen the clamp (2) and disconnect the air extraction hose (1) from the tube (3).
(3) Put blanking plugs on the disconnected line ends.

D. Removal of the FWD Wall Unit R (Ref. Fig. 404/TASK 25-41-41-991-005-A)
(1)
Put the STEPLADDER 1.0 M (3.3 FT) in position.
(2)
Remove the cockpit-wall panel attach-screws (9) and the washers (10).
(3)
Disconnect the electrical connector (11) installed behind the upper part of the wall unit (12).
(4)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(5)
Remove the screws (13) from the floor angle brackets of the walls (7) and (8).
(6)
Remove the wall fitting cover (4).
(7)
Remove the sealant from the bolts (1).
(8)
Remove the bolts (1) and the bushes (2) and (3) from the wall fittings.
NOTE : Item (1), (2) and (3) are part of the lavatory.

(9) Carefully remove the FWD wall unit (12).
(10)
Remove the rubber strip (14) and (15).
(11)
Remove the packing (6) and if necessary the bush (5).

E. Removal of the Lavatory A
R (1) Remove the door sill. (Ref. Fig. 405/TASK 25-41-41-991-017)
(a) Remove the screws (7) and the door sill (8).
(b) Remove the old sealant with a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
R (2) Disconnect the electrical connector 7200VC-A. (Ref. Fig. 405/TASK 25-41-41-991-017)
(a) In the lavatory remove the access panel (1) from the lavatory rearwall (3).
(b) Disconnect the electrical connector 7200VC-A (2).
(c) Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
R (3) Disconnect the tube connections. (Ref. Fig. 406/TASK 25-41-41-991-019)
(a) Open the service cabinet door (41).
(b) Put a CONTAINER 3 L(3/4 USGAL) below the water connections you will disconnect.
(c) Push back the protective tubing (47) to get access to the connection (46).
(d) Disconnect the connection (46).
(e) Loosen the clamp (50) and disconnect the sleeve (51).
