NOTE : Unless specified TORQUE all nuts, bolts and screws (Ref. TASK 20-

NOTE : The splitline screws and bolts are painted red.

(1) Connect the Galley at the Splitline
(Ref. Fig. 405/TASK 25-31-41-991-020)
(a)
Prevent damage to the component interface and the adjacent area. WARNING : SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY OR IT WILL FALL AND BECOME
_______ DAMAGED OR INJURE PERSONNEL. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY.
(b)
Carefully put the single modules in position.
(c)
Install the screws (1) and (2).
(d)
Install the screws (4) and the covers (3).
(e)
Put the stowage cart bumper (12) in position.
(f)
Install the screws (11) and the washers (10).
(g)
Put the bonding wire (6) in position on the ground stud (5).
(h)
Install the washers (7) and the nuts (8).
(i)
Connect the electrical connectors (9).

Install the Lower Attachments
(Ref. Fig. 404/TASK 25-31-41-991-019)
(a)
Apply COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-004A) to the bushes (17).
(b)
Install the bushes (17) in the floor hardpoints.
(c)
Install the new packing (16).
(d)
Put the blocks (15) in position on the hardpoints.
(e)
Apply COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-004A) to the threads of the bolts (7).
(f)
Install the bolts (7) and the washers (10).
(g)
Install the shims (14). WARNING : SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY OR IT WILL FALL AND BECOME
_______ DAMAGED OR INJURE PERSONNEL. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY.
(h)
Put the galley in position on the blocks (15).
(i)
Install the eccentric plugs (13) and the eccentric bushes (12). NOTE : If necessary turn the eccentric plugs (13) and the
____ eccentric bushes (12) until the holes in the galley mounting are aligned with the holes in the blocks (15).
(j)
Install the plates (11), the washers (9) and the bolts (8).
(k)
Install the covers (5) and the screws (6).
(l)
Install the covers (3) and the screws (4).
(m)
Install the rub strips (2) and the screws (1).
(2)
Install the Upper Attachments (Ref. Fig. 403/TASK 25-31-41-991-018)
(a)
Put the tie rods (4) in position and install the quick-release pins (5).
(b)
If necessary, remove and adjust the tie rods (4). WARNING : WEAR GOGGLES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL THE LOCKWIRE.

Put the fresh air hose (8) in position on the fresh air supply outlet (7).
(d)
Install the clamp (9).
(e)
Install the panel (10) and fasten the quick-release fasteners (3).
