R (d) Apply COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-004A) to the threads of the
R bolts (10).
R (e) Put the blocks (4) in position on the hardpoints.
R (f) Install the bolts (10) and the washers (9).
R (g) Install the shims (3) on the blocks (4).
R (h) Carefully lift the galley and put it in position on the blocks
R (4) and shims (3).
R (i) Install the eccentric plugs (13) and the eccentric bushes (14).
R NOTE : If necessary, turn the eccentric plugs (13) and the____
R ecccentric bushes (14) until the holes in the galley align
R with the holes in the blocks (4).
R (j) Install the bolts (16), the washers (8) and the nuts (7).
R (k) Install the covers (2) and (12) with the screws (1) and (11).
R (2) Install the Upper Attachments
R (Ref. Fig. 403A/TASK 25-31-41-991-018-C)
R (a) Put the brackets (8) in position and install the bolts (12), the
R bushes (11), the washers (10) and the nuts (9)
R (b) Put the tie rods (14) in position on the brackets (8) and install
R the bolts (5), the washers (6) and new cotter pins (7).
R (c) Put the tie rods (14) in position on the aircraft structure and
R install the quick release pins (13).
R WARNING : WEAR GOGGLES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL THE LOCKWIRE._______
R CUT, REMOVE AND DISCARD THE LOCKWIRE AS YOU DO THE
R TASK. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT OR BLIND YOU.
R (d) If necessary, remove and adjust the tie rods (14).
R 1_ Remove and discard the lockwire.
R 2_ Loosen the locknut.
R 3_ Adjust the tie rod end until the quick-release pins (13) can
R easily be installed.
R 4_ Tighten the locknut.
R 5_ Make sure that the tie rod end is in safety.
R 6_ Saftey the locknut with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010).
R (e) Install the access panel (4) and the screws (3).
R (f) Put the pelmet (1) in position and install the screws (2).
R (3) Connect the Air and Water Connections
R (Ref. Fig. 402A/TASK 25-31-41-991-014-C)
R WARNING : MAKE SURE THAT THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM IS DEPRESSURIZED. A_______
R PRESSURIZED SYSTEM CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS WHEN THEY DO
R WORK ON IT.
R (a) Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.
R (b) Connect the potable water pipe (10) to the fitting (8) and
R tighten the nut (9).
R (c) Connect the drain pipe (5) to the pipe (7) and tighten the clamps
R (6).
R (d) Connect the galley exhaust air hose (12) to the manifold (14) and
R tighten the clamp (13).
R (4) Connect the Power Supply
R (Ref. Fig. 401A/TASK 25-31-41-991-038-C)
R CAUTION : REFER TO THE MATCH MARKS MADE DURING THE REMOVAL WHEN YOU_______
R CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL WIRES.
R IF YOU MAKE AN ERROR WHEN YOU CONNECT THE WIRES YOU WILL
R CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
R (a) Install the bonding straps (11), the bolts (12), the washers (13)
R and the nuts (14) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).
R (b) Put the clamps (1) in position on the wires.
R (c) Install the washers (2), the nuts (3) and the clamps (1).
