Loosen the clamp (71) and disconnect the sleeve (72) from the drain tube (70).

Put blanking plugs on the disconnected line ends.

B. Disassembly of the Lavatory D
(1)
Remove the upper and lower attachments.

(a)
Remove the wall fitting cover (84).
(b)
Remove the bolts (82).
(c)
Above the lavatory ceiling, remove the quick release pin (85).
(d)
Lift and move the lavatory assembly to the centre of the aircraft aisle.
(e)
Remove and discard the packings (83).
(2)
Disconnect the air supply.

(a)
Above the lavatory ceiling, loosen the clamp (42) and disconnect the air extraction hose (41).
(b)
Behind the lavatory, loosen the clamp (45) and disconnect the ventilation hose (46).
(c)
Loosen the clamp (48) and disconnect the ventilation hose (47).
(d)
Remove the screw (51), the washer (50), the spacer (49) and the clamp (52).
(3)
Disconnect the electrical connections.

Remove and discard the cable ties (112) from the mounts (111).

Remove and discard the cable ties (114) from the bonding strap
(113) and the cable assembly (105) where necessary.

Remove the screws (103), the washers (104) and remove the bracket (107).
(f)
Disconnect the electrical connectors from the flush switch (102).
(g)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(h)
Remove and discard the cable ties (109) from the mounts (108).
(i)
Temporarily attach the cable assembly (110) to the top of the ceiling panel (101).
(j)
Close the sanitary cabinet door (61).

(a)
Remove the sealant from around the floor pan (121).
(b)
Remove the screws (124).
(c)
Remove the screws (122) and the washers (123).
(d)
Lift and remove the lavatory assembly from the floor pan (121).
(e)
Remove the screws (126), the screws (124) and the washers (125) from the ceiling panel (101).
(f)
Temporarily attach the ventilation hose (47) to the top of the ceiling panel (101).
(g)
Remove the screw (127).
(h)
Remove the screws (130) and the washers (129).
(i)
Move the subassemblies (128) and (131) apart.
