B. Disconnect the Galley Splitline NOTE : These procedures are only necessary if you must remove the galley

from the aircraft.
(1) Disconnect the Galley at the Splitline NOTE : The splitline screws and bolts are painted red.

R (2) Prevent damage to the component interface and the adjacent area. (Ref. Fig. 405/TASK 25-33-41-991-014)
(a)
Remove the screws (12), the washers (11) and the bonding straps (10).
(b)
Remove the screws (6) and the oven support.
(c)
Remove the screws (7) and the pelmet (2).
(d)
Remove the screws (25) and the washers (26).
(e)
Disconnect the exhaust air duct (24).
(f)
Release the clamp (29) and disconnect the hose (28) from the duct (30).
(g)
Release the clamp (22) and disconnect the hose (21) from the drain hose (23).
(h)
Loosen the nut (15) and disconnect the potable water line.
(i)
Remove the clamp (16) and disconnect the drain hose (17).
(j)
Remove the key-ring (20) and disconnect the drain cable (19).

(k) Disconnect the electrical connector (18).
(l) Put blanking plugs on the disconnected line ends.
(m) Remove the screws (3) and the panels (4).
(n) Remove the screws (5)
(o) Prevent damage to the component interface and the adjacent area.
WARNING : SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY OR IT WILL FALL AND BECOME_______
DAMAGED OR INJURE PERSONNEL. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS
HEAVY.
(p) Carefully separate the galley modules (1), (9) and (8) and remove
them from the aircraft.

R (1) Remove the Power Supply
R (Ref. Fig. 401A/TASK 25-33-41-991-022-C)
R WARNING : WEAR GOGGLES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL THE LOCKWIRE. CUT,_______
R REMOVE AND DISCARD THE LOCKWIRE AS YOU DO THE TASK. LOOSE
R LOCKWIRE CAN CUT OR BLIND YOU.
R (a) Remove and discard the lockwire from the screws (6).
R (b) Loosen the screws (6) and remove the cover (7).
R CAUTION : MAKE MATCH MARKS ON ALL THE ELECTRICAL WIRES BEFORE YOU_______
R DISCONNECT THEM.
R IF YOU MAKE AN ERROR WHEN YOU CONNECT THE WIRES YOU
R WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
R (c) Remove the nuts (5) and the wires (4).
R (d) Remove the nuts (3), the washers (2) and release the clamps (1)
R from the wires.
R (e) Remove the bolts (10), the washers (9) and release the clamps (8)
R from the wires.

R (f) Remove the nuts (11), the bolts (14), the washers (13) and the
R bonding straps (12).
R (2) Disconnect the Potable and Drain Water Connections

R WARNING : MAKE SURE THAT THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM IS DEPRESSURIZED. A_______
