A. Preparation of the Replacement Component WARNING : SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY OR IT WILL FALL AND BECOME DAMAGED OR
_______ INJURE PERSONNEL. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY.
(1) If necessary, disconnect the galley at the splitline and remove it from the aircraft (Ref. TASK 25-33-41-000-002).

B. Preparation for Installation
(1)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Do a visual inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.

C. Connect the Galley Splitline NOTE : This procedure is only necessary if you removed the galley from

NOTE : Unless specified TORQUE all nuts, bolts and screws (Ref. TASK 20-

21-11-911-001).
(1) Connect the Galley at the Splitline
(Ref. Fig. 405/TASK 25-33-41-991-014)
(a)
Prevent damage to the component interface and the adjacent area. WARNING : SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY OR IT WILL FALL AND BECOME
_______ DAMAGED OR INJURE PERSONNEL. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY.
(b)
Carefully put the modules (1), (9) and (8) in position.
(c)
Install the bolts (5).
(d)
Put the side panels (4) in position and install the screws (3).
(e)
Put the oven strip in position and install the screws (6).
(f)
Put the pelmet (2) in position and install the screws (7).
(g)
Connect the key-ring (20) to the control cable (19).
(h)
Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.
(i)
Connect the drain hose (28) and the duct (30) and install the clamp (29).
(j)
Connect the drain hose (17) and install the clamp (16).
