C. Connect the Galley Splitline
NOTE : This procedure is only necessary if you removed the galley from____ the cabin.
NOTE : Unless specified TORQUE all nuts, bolts and screws (Ref. TASK 20-____ 21-11-911-001).
R (1) Connect the Galley at the Splitline (Ref. Fig. 408/TASK 25-33-41-991-005)
WARNING : SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY OR IT WILL FALL AND BECOME_______ DAMAGED OR INJURE PERSONNEL. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY.
(a) Prevent damage to the component interface and the adjacent area.
(b) Carefully lift the galley modules (30), (32) and (46) and put them in position on the aircraft.
(c) Put the L-frames (33) in position on the galley module (32) and install the screws (34).
(d) Put the brackets (40) in position on the galley module (32) and install the screws (35) and (36).
(e) Put the panels (38) in position and install the screws (39).
(f) Put the galley modules (30) and (46) in position on the galley module (32).
(g) Install the screws (43) through the bracket (40) to attach the galley module (32) to the galley module (46).
(h) Install the screws (31) and (44) to attach the galley modules (30) and (46) to the galley module (32).
(i) Install the strip (47) and the screws (31).

Connect the Galley Splitline - Potable Water and Drain Connections R (Ref. Fig. 408/TASK 25-33-41-991-005)
(a)
Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.
(b)
Connect the hose (6) to the hose (1) and install the clamp (7), the bonding strap (3), the screw (2), the washer (4) and the nut
(5) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).
(c)
Connect the pipe (9) to the union (10) on the water filter (8).
(d)
Connect the ring (16) to the fitting (17) and install the cable ties (11) on the cable (12) as necessary.
(e)
Connect the hose (13) to the water drain valve (15) and install the clamp (14).
(3)
Connect the Galley Splitline - Electrical Connections R (Ref. Fig. 408/TASK 25-33-41-991-005)
(a)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(b)
Connect the electrical connector (27) to the electrical connector (26).
(c)
Install the bonding straps (23), the washers (24) and the screws
(25) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).

(1) Install the Galley Lower Attachments R (Ref. Fig. 404B/TASK 25-33-41-991-013-A)

_______ DAMAGED OR INJURE PERSONNEL. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY.
(a)
Apply COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-004A) to the bushes (10).
(b)
Install the bushes (10) in the floor hardpoints.
(c)
Install the new packings (9).
(d)
Apply COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-004A) to the bolts (12) and (20).
(e)
Put the blocks (8) in position at the floorhard points.
(f)
Install the bolts (12) and the washers (11).
(g)
Install the shims (7).
(h)
Carefully lift the galley and put it in position on the blocks
(8) and the shims(7).
(i)
Install the eccentric plugs (15) and the eccentric bushes (16).
(j)
If necessary, turn the eccentric plugs (15) and the eccentric bushes (16). Make sure that the holes align and the galley touches all the blocks (8).
(k)
Install the shims (17), the plates (18), the bolts (20) and the washers (19).
(l)
Put the covers (13) in position and install the screws (14).
(m)
Put the strips (21) in position and install the screws (22).
