Put the galley header, and the curtain track in the correct position.

Install the screws to attach the header to the galley No. 1 and the galley No. 2.

Make sure the seal is in the correct position.

To install the galley light, do the steps that follow:
(a)
Put the light in the correct position.
(b)
Install the screws to attach the light to the galley header.
(c)
Connect the wires to the light.
(d)
Install the light bulbs.
(e)
Install the screws to attach the lightshield to the light.

(5)
Close the circuit breaker for the galley lights, on the P18 Main Power Distribution Panel.
(6)
Make sure the galley light operates correctly.
(7)
Install the curtain.

AFT GALLEY HEADER - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure contains two tasks:
(1)
The first task is the removal of the aft galley header.
(2)
The second task is the installation of the aft galley header.

2. Aft Galley Header - Removal (Fig. 401)___________________________
A. Access
(1) Location Zone
112 Aft Galley Service Door
B. Procedure
S 864-002
(1) Open this circuit breaker and attach a DO-NOT-CLOSE tag:
(a) P18 Main Power Distribution Panel
1) GALLEY LIGHTS

(2)
Disconnect the electrical cable from the light assembly.

(3)
Remove the curtain.

(4)
To remove the galley light, do the steps that follow:
(a)
Remove the screws to remove the lightshield from the light.
(b)
Remove the light bulbs.
(c)
Hold the light and remove the screws that attach the light to the galley header.
(d)
Remove the light.
S 024-006
(5) Remove the screws that attach the header brackets to the header at each end.
NOTE: Hold the header while you remove the screws.

(6) Remove the header.
