Pressurize the water system (Ref 38-11-00/301).
(d)
Make sure that air is not in the line and there are no leaks at the fitting.
(e)
Install the shroud elbow with two wraps of the 3-inch wide tape at the joints, followed by two wraps of the 1-inch wide tape on the ends of the elbow.
(f)
Get access around the water tank that is aft of the aft baggage compartment and install the large radius elbow in the floor fitting.
(g)
Attach with the sleeve at the joint with the shroud that goes to the water tank.
(h)
Install two wraps of the 3-inch wide tape to each end of the sleeve, followed by two wraps of the 1-inch wide tape over the tape joints.

(4) Install the aft wall panel:
(a)
Push the panel into the spring clips at the upper edge.
(b)
Install the fasteners at each edge of the panel.
(c)
Put the trim covers into their positions.

(5) Install the toilet shrouds:
(a)
Put the lower shroud into its position and install the screws in the two ends.
(b)
Put the upper shroud near its installed position and connect the electrical connectors of the flush timer.
(c)
Put the outboard corner into the spring clip and install the screws at the two ends of the shroud.

(6) Install the floor pan:
(a)
Clean the floor and the bottom of the pan with solvent.
(b)
Apply the double-backed tape to the floor, do not overlap the tape.

Install the pan and push down on the tape.
(d)
Install the trim strips and the fasteners around the edge.
(e)
Install the threshold.
(f)
Apply the sealant: 1) Rub with sandpaper all the enamel that you will apply the sealant on. 2) Apply the BMS 5-95 sealant to all cracks, small openings and internal corners.
3) If it is necessary, apply a layer of BMS 5-108 to the sealed area to a thickness of 0.020 to 0.030 inch.

AFT LAVATORY CEILING PANEL - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. The aft lavatory ceiling panel is attached to the support brackets attached to the lavatory partition (forward wall) soffit, and to the door header.
B. This procedure contains these tasks:
(1)
The removal of the aft lavatory ceiling panel.
(2)
The installation of the aft lavatory ceiling panel.
