(1)
If removed, install the splash guard of the toilet tank, the tiedown brackets, and the rods.

Make sure the rods are in their positions to attach the toilet tank before the partition installation.

Move the partition into its position to engage the retaining angles in the slots in the outboard edge of the partition.

Install the screws and bolts that attach the partition to the floor, to the sidewall, and to the ceiling structure.
(5)
Install the retaining pin of the upper inboard partition.
(6)
Install the decorative panel.

(7) Install the lower inboard screw fasteners.

WARNING:_______DO NOT PERMIT THE SEALANT TO TOUCH THE SKIN. OPEN THE FORWARD ENTRY FOR AIR.

Apply the sealant around the head of bolts that attach the partition to the floor support angles.

Use the solvent when it is necessary to clean.

Install the floor pan and trim.
(a)
Clean the floor and bottom of the pan fully with solvent.
(b)
Apply the double back tape to the floor, do not overlap the tape.
(c)
Install the pan and push down on the tape.
(d)
Install the trim strips and fasteners around the edges.
(e)
Install the threshold and attach in its position.
(f)
Apply the sealant. 1) Lightly sand all enamel that you will coat with the sealant. 2) Apply a bead of the BMS 5-95 sealant to all cracks, small openings and external corners.
3) If it is necessary, apply a layer of BMS 5-108, type 1, class B coating to the sealed area to a thickness of 0.020 to 0.030 inch.

Install the ceiling panel immediately forward of the partition.

Install the attendant's seat (Ref 25-25-12/201).
(13)
Install the hinge shrouds of the entry door.
(14)
Install the forward attendant's panel and connect the wire bundle.
